Bright aromatics of wet slate, lemongrass, and in-season peaches. The weight is dense, and the fruit is present. Like prosciutto wrapped melon sprinkled with sea salt. A finish of sappy blossom and nuttiness comes through as the wine reached room temperature.

Rosé of Pinot Noir

Teetering between freshness and umami, this direct-to-press rendition of rosé does not reflect the typical characteristics of Pinot Noir. Instead of sweet red berries, notes of white pepper, rosewater, and cream are most pronounced. Raw and textural, feels like eating salted watermelon on a hot summer day.

Fresh strawberry and cool mint on the nose. A rhubarb loaf laced with fried sage and sprinkled with sea salt. Herbal, crisp, fruity, and mineral. The texture is playful and crunchy.

Ripe plum, currant, and midsummer bramble entwined with citrus oil and savory pink peppercorn tree. Notes of bay leaf, dried oregano, tomato water, and kalamata olive notes are why I've endearingly nicknamed this my pizza wine. The texture is succulent but crisp.

Invitingly deep, with black currant, purple violets, and caraway. On their 50th harvest, the low yielding vines provide striking intensity even at a lower ABV. The texture is bright and peppery, a graceful dance of fruit and structure that would age well for many years to come.
